To start, we’ll host your Kickoff Call and send you a short but strategic intake form. You’ll also complete the Doctor Brand Archetype Quiz to help us align your brand to your natural strengths.

We audit your current digital presence, social media, website, and online reputation. Then we complete a competitive scan to pinpoint what your competition is up to and what sets you apart in your field.

TRANSLATE

Using our findings, we translate your expertise into a distinct brand strategy. We’ll define your brand voice, KPIs, audience, positioning, Vibe3, content intentions, and much more.

REFINE

Here, we refine your brand through custom bios, Canva templates, design elements, and 6 month content calendar. Everything aligns with your strengths, specialty, and archetype.

IMPLEMENT

By this point, you'll have a complete brand and content system ready to go. We’ll deliver your Atria Toolkit, including Canva templates, caption prompts, your 6-month content calendar, and other templates.

AMPLIFY

Once live, we support you with 30 days of Voxer access to keep momentum strong as you launch. You’ll also receive a training library with step-by-step videos on content, performance, and growth.

We don’t offer traditional social media management with this program, but we do offer The Executive Track as an add-on. Full-service management is available on a case-by-case basis for aligned clients.

+ WHAT PLATFORMS DO YOU SUPPORT?

We build for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X, depending on where your audience is. Instagram is best for visibility and connection, while LinkedIn is the go-to for referrals, media, and thought leadership. Twitter is great for academic or niche specialties. We can also discuss TikTok, Facebook and Threads. We do not support YouTube.

+ CAN I UPGRADE TO THE EXECUTIVE TRACK LATER?

Yes—if there’s space. The Executive Track is capped each quarter to ensure high-touch support. If you want deep 1:1 access, personal brand positioning, or white-glove delivery, don’t wait to secure your spot.

+ CAN I JUST DELEGATE THIS TO MY ASSISTANT OR TEAM?

This can be collaborative, but your direct involvement is non-negotiable. We’ll guide you through the process and make it as efficient as possible—but your perspective, story, and input are essential to building an authentic brand that actually resonates. You can loop your assistant in for support, but this experience is centered around you.
