COURSE BREAKDOWN:
WEEK 1
The Audit See yourself the way your patients do.
Before you can build anything, you need to see clearly what already exists. Week 1 is a structured audit of your current brand, from the patient's perspective. You will use a custom-built AI tool to surface what's working, what's missing, and where the gaps are. You arrive at Thursday's live session having already seen yourself through a more objective lens.
WEEK 2
The Audience Get inside the mind of your ideal patient.
Great physicians already know how to read a patient in the room. Week 2 applies that same diagnostic instinct to your content strategy. You will complete one foundational exercise that changes how you think about how you can best serve your ideal patient.
WEEK 3
The Identity The key to defining your uniqueness
No competitor is doing identity work at this depth. Week 3 is the emotional and strategic core of the entire program. You will complete a self-assessment, draft a physician identity statement that is entirely and specifically yours, and share it live in a working session with the cohort. This is the work that makes everything after it easier and more you.
WEEK 4
The Brand and Content Foundation From identity to strategy.
Week 4 takes everything you've built and turns it into a content strategy. You'll identify your content pillars, commit to two recurring series, and work with Amanda's proprietary Vibe3 framework to anchor your entire brand presence in three words. You'll leave this week with a first draft of your content strategy and 30 post ideas generated from your own identity and audience work.
WEEK 5
The Toolkit Everything you need to show up consistently.
Week 5 is the most resource-rich week in the program, and everything in it is designed to be returned to long after graduation. We'll walk through the tools, templates, and systems that make consistent content creation sustainable for a practicing physician, including HIPAA guidance, platform best practices, Canva templates built for your formats, and the Waterfall Distribution Method for getting the most out of every piece of content you create.
WEEK 6
The Handoff Build it once. Run it forever.
Week 6 is the culmination of every deliverable from Weeks 1 through 5. Everything you have built feeds into a final output session that produces your complete social media plan, and your Month 1 content calendar.
If you have an EA or admin helping you (which we highly recommend) invite them so they can learn how to run the system alongside you.

I grew up with a mother in medicine, and built my career across multi-billion-dollar health systems, Ivy League departments, private practices, and nationally recognized physicians.
In 2018, I was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Being the patient changed my perspective. I witness how a physician's digital presence, or the absence of one, shapes the trust of a patient in real time.
I founded Atria Social on the belief that exceptional physicians deserve to be findable, and I have spent the years since building brands for 200+ physicians and medical practices.
