We may use trusted third-party platforms, such as LinkedIn, Meta, Zoom, email providers, artificial intelligence tools, and event-management tools, to help us manage registrations and communications. Those services process information according to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information, and you may unsubscribe from event and marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.
How We Use AI
We use artificial intelligence tools to help us run our business more efficiently. This may include drafting and editing content, summarizing notes and calls, organizing information, analyzing engagement, and supporting customer communications. When we use these tools, the following principles apply:
- We use reputable AI providers and, where appropriate, configure them so that submitted content is not used to train their public models.
- We do not use AI to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.
- A member of our team reviews AI-assisted work before it is used in a way that affects you.
- We aim to limit the personal information we place into AI tools to what is reasonably necessary.
If you have questions about how AI is used in connection with your information, you can contact us at [email protected].
