By completing your purchase of the Social Media Checkup from Atria Social (“the Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:
1. No Refunds or Cancellations
All sales are final. Because the Service involves custom professional analysis and the immediate delivery of intellectual property, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances once payment has been submitted. By purchasing, you expressly waive any right to chargebacks or payment disputes related to this Service.
2. Scope of Service
The Social Media Checkup is performed using Atria Social’s proprietary audit methodology and professional judgment. Audits are not client-directed, and Atria Social reserves the right to determine which platforms, content, or metrics are most relevant to review based on the information provided. Requests outside of the defined scope of the audit may not be accommodated.
3. No Legal or Compliance Advice
The Service and all related deliverables are for general informational and educational purposes only. Atria Social is not a law firm, and no attorney-client relationship is created through this purchase. Nothing provided should be construed as legal, financial, or compliance advice (including HIPAA, FTC, or other regulatory guidance). You are solely responsible for obtaining independent professional or legal advice regarding your business.
4. Delivery Timeline
Audits are typically completed and delivered within three (3) business days of the client’s submission of all required intake information. Delivery timelines may vary based on client responsiveness or volume.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atria Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on the audit’s findings.
